Post-consumer waste is washed, shredded before being converted into colourful, UV-stabilised pellets.

Colour combinations are melted down into sheet material. (Our partners use a renewable energy supply for this energy-intensive bit.)

Furniture elements are cut out of the sheets. The layout intentionally organised to keep offcuts to a minimum.

The pieces are finished, checked, and packed (with love) before dispatch.
