30-Day Return Policy
Weβre sure youβll love your Potato & Sprout furniture as much as we do! But if for any reason itβs not quite right, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions of Return:
- Furniture and Planter Pots can be returned even after assembly, as long as they've flat-packed back into the original packaging, including all inserts, and are in their original condition.
- Returns must include the original boxes and inserts to ensure safe shipping back to us.
To arrange a return, please email hello@potatoandsprout.com.au to coordinate shipping. Please note, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus any shipping costs) will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 working days.
Damages or defects
Each individual part of your Potato and Sprout piece is finished, checked over for issues or imperfections, and the joints are individually pressure tested before each piece is packaged and sent to you.
From time to time, there may be imperfections or issues with your order. If you discover something you are not happy with, or receive the wrong item, please email us photographs at hello@potatoandsprout.com.au and we will do our best to evaluate the issue and make it right.Β
Where possible, our aim will be to replace the individual part (rather than the whole product) to limit waste. We'll accept any imperfect pieces to keep that plastic moving through the circular economy.
